The Waukee Community Schools Foundation is proud to present our first virtual community fundraiser. “The Power of We” will be held online on Saturday, April 17th, at 7:00 pm. Join us for a live-streamed film about the power of Waukee Community Schools students, teachers, district professionals, families, and community members! This past year has been tough.  And yet, the people and families who are the Waukee Schools community found ways to thrive, to celebrate, and to grow.  This 30-minute film is a tribute to the last 12 months as a community and will show that, with community, anything is possible.

You are invited to register now for complimentary access to the livestream and the option to purchase your Quaranteam Watch Party package, information about sponsorship opportunities, and access to our silent auction items.”This virtual community fundraiser is in place of our annual auction. We are disappointed we are not able to bring people together to celebrate as a community, but we have worked hard to find a meaningful way to stay connected and stay committed to the work of the Foundation,” said Adrianne Towe, WCSF Executive Director.

The Waukee Community Schools Foundation believes that the youth in our schools today are more than our leaders of tomorrow – they are leaders today.  By supporting the Foundation, you are supporting efforts to invest in the teachers, students, and district-wide strategies that prioritize youth development outcomes.  We believe in the next generation.  We believe in The Power of We.
