Businesses & Donors who would like to adopt a specific child or school-specific family, please use this link to get connected.
Businesses & Donors who would like to purchase a toy for the holiday gift store, where parents can “shop” for gifts for their families at Waukee Area Christian Services, please use this link to sign up for specific purchases.
Family Support Application Deadlines:
Thanksgiving: November 8, 2023
PICK UP DATE: Friday, November 17, 2023; applicants will receive an email from Waukee Area Christian Services
Christmas: November 29, 2023
PICK UP DATE: Friday, December 15, 2023; applicants will receive an email from Waukee Area Christian Services

Families that qualify for this must be residents within the Waukee Community School District territory, whose total household income is 200% or less of the federal poverty guidelines. Applications are not completely processed until required identification, income and address information is verified for the applicant.
Applicants may provide required information by email or in-person during open hours within 10 calendar days of submitting the application at Waukee Area Christian Services located at 1155 SE Boone Drive, Waukee, IA 50263.
Families that qualify may apply for one, two, or all three Assistance Program options, but there can only be one application per household. Listed below are all three Assistance Program Options:
