Mentor Iowa Partnership

Big news! We are ecstatic to announce that we are formalizing a partnership with Mentor Iowa to connect more students with mentors in our community. Starting this fall, Mentor Iowa will be a referral resource for Waukee Community School District professionals to further support district students and families. By formalizing this partnership, the Foundation is committed to connecting adults from Waukee, West Des Moines, Clive, and Urbandale to Mentor Iowa to become approved mentors. Mentor Iowa, in partnership with the school district, will then match district students with approved, local mentors. 

Our goal is to increase access to meaningful volunteer opportunities for adults in our community and increase access to mentors and champions for students in our district.
